🔒 1. How We Handle Your Files

Most tools on OneTapConvert (PDF merge, split, compress, rotate, image convert, etc.) process files entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to any server.

Two tools require server-side processing:

• PDF to Excel — file is temporarily sent to our processing server for conversion, then immediately deleted.
• Office to PDF (Word, Excel, PPT) — same as above.

We do not retain, store, or back up any uploaded files. Files are processed and discarded within seconds.

📊 2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

🍪 3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage (browser storage) to remember your language preference. No tracking cookies are set by us.

Google Analytics may set cookies as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

📢 4. Advertising

OneTapConvert may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

👤 5. Personal Data

We do not require account registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information unless you voluntarily submit them (e.g., via the feedback form).

If you use the feedback form, your message and optionally your email address are sent to us via our backend server. This information is used solely to respond to your feedback and is not shared with third parties.

• pdf.co API — PDF to Excel conversion (files are processed per their Privacy Policy)
• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN

OneTapConvert is operated from Azerbaijan. By using this service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We comply with applicable data protection laws.
